集团公司座落在安徽省铜陵市郊区老洲镇铜陵大桥北，南靠长江黄金水道，北有合铜黄高速，离高速出口300米，南距铜陵高铁站15分钟路程，西距合温公铁路长江大桥入口500米，距离池州九华机场仅半个小时，紧靠旅游名山黄山风景区和九华山佛教圣地，水、陆、空交通四通八达，十分便利。目前公司占地面积33万平方米，现有厂房11300平方米，五层职工宿舍楼8600平方米，现有职工数1350人，高级管理人员33人，服装开发技术人员15人，公司现拥有先进设备和特种设备1100余台。现公司有13个车间、28条服装生产线、主要生产男女各式羽绒服、棉衣、茄克、风衣、压胶冲锋衣工作服定制、职业装定制等，国内各大品牌产品。集团公司同时拥有格麻丝染织服饰有限公司、杰兴纺织有限公司、格飞纺织品进出口有限公司等3个子公司。都实行独立核算。
